What is your minimum order quantity for Starlink accessories?
Catalogue items start at 50 pieces per SKU, and private-label or custom-branded runs start at 500 pieces. MOQ can be blended across a bundle, so a first order containing a mount, a power supply and a cable can start at 50 sets rather than 150 pieces. We confirm the tier in writing before you commit.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We keep sample stock for the main catalogue items and can ship within three working days, free of charge with your first order. For custom designs we recommend a paid pilot run of 20 to 50 units rather than a single hand-built sample, because only production units show real variance.
How long does production take?
Lead time is quoted from pre-production sample approval, not from the day the purchase order arrives. A typical catalogue order runs 10 to 20 days for production plus 2 to 3 days for inspection and packing. Custom tooling adds 15 to 25 days. Sea freight to Europe and North America adds roughly 5 to 10 days.
Do you hold tooling for our custom parts?
We can either retain the tool under a long-term production agreement or transfer it to you on final payment, and we write the chosen arrangement into the purchase order. We do not hold tools hostage if you want a second colourway or a second order.
Which certifications do your products carry?
CE and RoHS for European markets, FCC for the United States, REACH material declarations, and IP67 ingress ratings with test reports on the cable and enclosure range. Marine-grade mounts additionally carry a documented salt-spray test result. We send the report for the exact model shipped with every order.
Is your power supply suitable for 24V vehicle systems?
Yes. Our DC-to-DC units accept a 12V to 24V input range with over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and reverse-polarity protection, and are specified for continuous operation across a -20°C to +60°C range. We publish the figures on the datasheet rather than a headline wattage.
Can you ship with our branding and packaging?
That is the OEM and ODM route. We support laser marking, custom colourways, custom labels, printed retail cartons and moulded inserts. Artwork needs 1 to 2 days for proofing, and packaging artwork usually runs in parallel with tooling. Minimum for a fully branded run is 500 pieces.
What is your defect rate and how do claims work?
We run incoming inspection on components, in-process checks at assembly and a final AQL pass at 2.5 on the shipment batch, with a written report and photographs sent before the container is sealed. The contract states a claim window, and we replace or credit confirmed defects against the AQL report.
Which Starlink kits do your accessories fit?
The Mini-specific range — magnetic and suction roof mounts, the pole and rail mounts with the Mini clamp, the 36V regulated supply, and the DC 5521 cable assemblies — fits the Mini. Standard-kit mounts use a separate clamp family. We maintain the model list as a live record, so if a kit revision changes a fitment the data you receive is current.
Do you offer a compatibility chart?
Yes, and we will send you a matrix tailored to the kits and quantities you are quoting, with the MOQ tier for each line and the bundle structures that work. That chart is versioned, so it tracks kit revisions rather than going stale.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit with the order and the balance against the copy of the bill of lading is the standard for a first order, with 30-day open-account terms available once a trading history is established. We accept T/T and L/C at sight.
What are your shipping terms?
FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP depending on your preference, and we are happy to arrange freight or hand the container to your forwarder. For the European and North American markets we also quote air freight for smaller, time-critical orders.
Can you develop a product that does not exist yet?
Yes, that is the ODM service. Send the application, the constraint and the target market, and our engineering team will propose the design, the tooling requirement, the certification route and the realistic timeline. We will tell you if your volume does not justify custom tooling and suggest a semi-custom route.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the Starlink models you plan to support, the quantities, the destination country and any packaging requirement. You will get a feasibility assessment and indicative pricing back within one working day, with the MOQ tier, the lead time broken into production and shipping, and the customisation options spelled out.
Do you keep a per-order specification record?
Every order is tied to an approved sample and a written specification, and any deviation during production needs a change note approved by you before it is implemented. Production line photographs are sent during the run. This is what makes a repeat order predictable and a claim straightforward.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day for quotations and technical questions, and usually the same day. Send us a real technical question rather than a price enquiry if you want to see how we handle it — we would rather answer it properly than quickly and vaguely.
Can I list your products under my own brand?
Yes, through our OEM and ODM programme. A rebranded catalogue item needs laser marking and a custom label; a fully private label with retail packaging starts at 500 pieces. We can also supply unbranded bulk packing if you prefer to handle labelling in-house.
What documentation do I need for a marketplace listing?
For most accessory categories: material and safety declarations, an ingress or salt-spray report where the claim is made on the listing, and a test report whose model number matches what you are shipping. Send us the model you plan to list and we will provide the matching file set, with your brand on the declaration where you need it.
How do I avoid compatibility claims that turn into returns?
State the exact kit, the revision coverage and the clamp range on the listing rather than using a generic "compatible" claim. Our maintained model data gives you that wording per product, and it tracks kit revisions so a claim that was accurate last year does not quietly become inaccurate.
Should I list single items or bundles?
Both, but bundle first. A mount plus a cable plus a case as one SKU gives a better landed cost, solves the "what else do I need" question without a support ticket, and reduces the number of shipments a customer has to track. Single-item listings are still worth having as entry points.
How do I differentiate against cheaper listings?
With documented specification and a supportable claim rather than price. A listing that states the magnet grade, the clamp range in millimetres, the IP rating with a report and the warranty will outperform a cheaper generic listing that states none of it — including on price, because the buyer who is comparison-shopping on specification is not the buyer you are competing with.
What are your minimums for marketplace sellers?
Catalogue items from 50 pieces per SKU, which is workable for a first Amazon batch. Branded and private-label packaging starts at 500 pieces. Because the catalogue MOQ is low, most marketplace sellers start on unbranded or light-branded stock and move to full private label once they know which SKU actually sells.
How do you handle replenishment so I do not run out?
Every order is tied to an approved sample and a written specification, so a reorder is a repeat against the same documentation and the same line setup. We keep your specification on file and will remind you of the reorder point based on your consumption rate if you would rather not track it yourself.
Can you produce a size or colour that is not in your catalogue?
Usually, yes. A colour change needs a new powder-coating batch and a minimum quantity, and a size change on a moulded part needs new tooling. Send us the requirement and we will tell you which of the two it is, the cost and the lead time, before you commit.
Will you sign an NDA for a custom design?
Yes, we routinely work under NDA for new tooling and private label programmes. We will also keep your tooling and files under your name in the documentation, so there is no ambiguity about ownership.
How long does a first order take end to end?
For a rebranded catalogue line, roughly three weeks from artwork approval to container loading, plus transit. For a fully private label programme with new tooling, budget eight to ten weeks to first shipment. We will give you the schedule in writing at quotation stage so you can plan your listing launch against it.
