A boat system integrator required Starlink mobile connectivity for a fleet of luxury yachts. The hardware must withstand continuous salt spray, wave vibration and UV exposure. The client needed compact, corrosion-proof mounting brackets plus reinforced cabling that would not fail under constant engine vibration.

PLZTECH Solution
We developed marine-grade 316 stainless steel low-profile mounts with rubber anti-vibration dampers. The reinforced shielded DC cables are oil and UV resistant. We also supplied custom protective hard cases for Starlink terminal storage when not in use. OEM branding was printed on each hardware set for the yacht builder.
Results
The first batch of yachts completed sea trials with zero connectivity drop caused by mount or cable failure. The integrator now uses PLZTECH marine Starlink accessory kits as their standard option for all new yacht builds.
